  • 5 small/medium potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
