  • 8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli and onion for 3-4 minutes until vibrant.
  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
