1 lb ground lamb
3 potatoes
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
8 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp herbes de Provence
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder

Instructions
Prepare the vegetables by washing and peeling the potatoes. Dice them into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic cloves thinly.
In a skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add the ground lamb and cook until browned (about 5–7 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add diced potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and sliced garlic to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cover and let simmer on low heat for about 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
