  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook seasoned chicken for 6–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook linguine until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape up pan bits; stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked linguine with the sauce, add melted Parmesan cheese, and return cooked chicken to the skillet; mix well.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
