  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, for extra richness
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Cook until browned (4-5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer to thicken.
  4. Mix in cream cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella until smooth. Return steak bites and fettuccine to the skillet; toss well.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
