  • For Frosting: 1 stick unsalted butter, 1.5-2 cups powdered sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and milk for consistency

Instructions

  1. Clean mason jars thoroughly and let them dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg whites, canola oil, milk, and vanilla to the butter mixture; mix until smooth.
