  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces uncooked fusilli pasta
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta with chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Pour half of the dressing over the salad mix along with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
