  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten each chicken breast between plastic wrap using a meat mallet until about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Layer two turkey slices and one slice of Swiss cheese on each flattened breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and a third with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  5. Dip each chicken roll in flour, then egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and cook the rolls until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).

  9. Serve the Chicken Cordon Bleu drizzled generously with the Swiss cheese sauce.
