  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Seasoned salt
  • Cumin
  • Smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
