  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream until fully incorporated.

  5. Pour chocolate filling over the cooled crust and dollop strawberry puree on top; swirl gently with a knife.
