  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 cups single cream
  • 7 oz ramen noodles
  • Fresh cilantro, bean sprouts, scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; cook chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes. Add smoked paprika, oregano, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour in chicken stock while scraping browned bits from the pot; bring to a simmer and return chicken to the pot.
  5. Stir in single cream and grated parmesan; simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions; then combine with the broth mixture.
  7. Serve garnished with cilantro, bean sprouts, scallions, and chili oil.
