  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick cut turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta noodles in boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare peas, cook turkey bacon until crispy and chop it, then grate the parmesan cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, chopped turkey bacon, and grated parmesan. Pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
