  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread a thin layer of remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with about 2 tablespoons of filling, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour any leftover Alfredo sauce over the assembled roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving garnished with fresh parsley.
