  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
