  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook shell pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear cubed sirloin seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper until browned, then remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about a minute. Add thyme leaves.
  4. Lower heat and stir in remaining butter, cooked pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan until well combined.
