  • 1 cup gluten free quick oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 tablespoons solid coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, cane sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and orange juice; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour blend, oats, brown sugar, cane sugar, and salt. Incorporate solid coconut oil, maple syrup, and coconut milk until crumbly.
  4. Press two-thirds of the oat mixture into the pan and layer with peach filling before topping with remaining crumble.
