  • 2 sheets ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for 'egg wash')
  • 2 tablespoons caster / granulated sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons (for decoration)
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4 x 6 inches).
  3. Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with Vegan Nutella until smooth.
  4. Place filling on each rectangle, fold over, seal edges, and crimp with a fork.
  5. Cut strips from leftover pastry for mummy bandages; lay them over the pies.
  6. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with caster sugar.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before drizzling melted dairy-free white chocolate on top.
