  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and combine it with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened and well-combined.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted into a smooth mixture. Optionally, add a few drops of food coloring for color.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking sheet and refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours or overnight).
  4. Once chilled, roll small balls from the mixture using buttered hands and coat them in granulated sugar.
  5. Decorate with chocolate chips on top to resemble stems before serving.
