  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and reserve the icing packets.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice; add cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar with melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture on top, then add the remaining pieces and pour over the rest of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate; drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin spice.
