  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 23 jalapeño peppers
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
