  • 1 pound medium shells (cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water)
  • 12 ounces tuna (drained)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 stalks celery (diced)
  • 1/2 small red onion (diced)
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dry dill)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the medium shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together light mayonnaise, plain yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, frozen peas, diced celery, and red onion. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is well-coated.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
