Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if desired)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or other plant-based options)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for topping)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or microwave.
  3. Layer fresh raspberries at the bottom of a jar, add blended oat mixture on top, and drizzle melted chocolate over it.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving.
