  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, 6 tablespoons melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
