  • 3 tablespoons alcohol-free vanilla extract

  • 1 cup almond flour or almond meal
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (softened, 8 tbsp)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
