Instructions

  1. Cook the sago pearls in boiling water until transparent (about 15 minutes). Stir occasionally, then let sit covered for another 10-15 minutes.
  2. Strain the cooked sago and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  3. Blend strawberries, evaporated milk, and condensed milk until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine drained sago pearls with chilled coconut milk and strawberry mixture. Mix well.
